Stability study as per ICH guidance is a part of our regular activity. Manufacturing processes, analytical methods and cleaning procedures are validated. The Quality Control Department is fully equipped with chemical, instrumental and microbiological in-house facilities.
Infrastructural Brief
G.D. Laboratories is well supported with state of the art machinery and tools under the supervision of skilled and talented professionals. An articulate finishing touch is given to add to our product quality. Each zone has separate AHUs (Air Handling Units). Environmental conditions in each area are maintained with respect to temperature, number of air changes, pressure, particle count, flow direction, etc. We also have Reverse Osmosis (RO) water system with loop in the entire manufacturing area with monitoring of conductivity, pH, TDS etc.
